The Palace offers an incredible stay for anyone looking to feel pampered and at home, especially with its outstanding service from the friendly staff. The location is superb, being right on the beachfront, which enhances the experience tremendously. However, there were some minor issues with furnishings in the room and Wi-Fi connectivity that need addressing for a more perfect stay.

I had a really disappointing stay this time, especially considering I've been visiting this hotel for over a decade. There were issues with the staff's attitude and the cleanliness of the room. However, the air conditioning in my room felt great, and it was nice to enjoy a stunning view. I was truly let down by the service, which fell short of expectations this time around.
